Healing Anthropology was founded in 2002 and launched in October 2005 in honor of breast cancer awareness month.  We are a company focused on a healthier more beautiful you and a healthier more beautiful planet.  Healing Anthropology is endorsed by Breast Cancer Action and had been awarded a Beauty With A Conscience Award for our eco-friendly practices.

Products are made with solely natural and organic ingredients from responsible and sustainable sources.
 
Products are in no way tested on animals.
 
The products are 100% toxin-free and contain no chemical preservatives.
 
MATERIALS
 
Packaging is recyclable and labels are printed with soy based ink.
 
All marketing and press material is printed on 100% recycled paper.
 
Products are not boxed to reduce waste
 
SHIPPING
 
Products are shipped sealed in BioBags (which are made from corn and completely biodegrade leaving no toxic residue).
 
Geami recycled ‘waffle’ paper or reclaimed bubble wrap is used to pad products.
 
The US Postal Service is used because they are Cradle to Cradle ‘silver’ certified meaning their practices have an ecologically-intelligent design that eliminates the concept of waste.
 
FINANCIAL
 
Every April 20% of proceeds is donated to an environmental organization in honor of Earth Day.
 
Every October 25% of proceeds in donated to fighting breast cancer.
