witch hazel, herbal astringent of rose petal, hibiscus flower, rose hips, vitamin C (ascorbate), grapefruit seed extract, essential oils of grapefruit, lavender, orange and peppermint.

Usage

SHAKE WELL. Moisten cotton pad with toner. Gently apply in upward and outward strokes over the face and neck. Follow with Rejuvenating Vitamin C Solution.
